Rita Ndonye - ChairpersonMs Rita Ndonye is the incoming Chairperson of the Organization of Women in International Trade, Nairobi Chapter. Ms. Ndonye is married with two children. She is a Consultant, Trainer and Practitioner in matters pertaining to Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management as well as Quality Management Systems and related disciplines. She is the director of the Institute of Safety, Health and Environment Management (IOSHEM) based at Bruce House and is also a co-founder of SHREQ Consultancy. Ms. Ndonye has an MBA in Strategic Management from USIU-Africa and a Master of Safety, Health and Environment from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.

She is a member of the following institutions:
- International Institute of Safety and Risk Management (IIRSM),
- American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), Kenya Occupational Health and Safety Association (KOHSA) and
- Kenya Institute of Management (KIM).
