Beatrice Kagundo: Founder Sweet Inspirations (With OWIT for 2 years)

Beatrice Kagondu is a fulltime cake decorator and sugarcrafter, a student of the famous Chef Mullan of Norfolk hotel (Now Fairview) as well as a professionally trained pastry chef. Her offices are in Hurlingham. The talented Beatrice is also trained in chocolate artistry and makes petit fours, deserts, decorative pieces and chocolate show pieces. All her cake decorations are made from sugar so they are all edible. Products used like food colour, flavours and chocolate are all imported and are FDA and EU approved.
